Terms and Conditions

1. Ordering
Orders may be placed online anytime using our secure shopping cart facility. Alternatively you can fax or phone through your order on (07) 3289 5200.
2. Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Money Order. We no longer accept direct deposit payments and do not accept cheques.
-Credit Card Use our secure online facility and enter your card details at the
checkout or select the Money Order option and phone or fax through your card details on (07) 3289 5200. DO NOT email
credit card details.

If you are paying by Money Order, please be aware your order will not be shipped until the funds are received and that during this time certain items ordered may become out of stock. If payment has not been received within 5 working days, your order will be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Postage
Orders are shipped same day or within 24 hours and are delivered by Australia Post. Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for delivery times.
Orders under $50.00 within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $5.50
Orders over $50.00 within Australia are FREE
International orders please contact us for pricing
Express Post is available on application
Registered Post is available at an additional cost of $2.50 and provides insurance for items
up to $100. If more insurance is required, please contact us for additional costs. We strongly recommend that you utilise Registered Post as we cannot be held responsible for
orders lost or damaged in transit.
All prices are based on Australia Post rates and are subject to change.
4. Out Of Stock Items
All attempts are made to ensure our website contains up to date information on out of stock items. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, it will be deleted from you order. If you have paid by Money Order we will contact you to make suitable arrangements. If we expect the out of stock item to arrive into our store within 48 hours, we will hold your order until it arrives.
Sorry, we do not do backorders.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
We request that you notify us within 5 days of receipt of order of any incorrect or faulty
items. We will either replace the item or issue a refund if advised within the claim
period.
Change of Mind - We will only exchange or credit at our discretion, please contact
us BEFORE returning the item. All goods returned must be unopened
and in original packaging and condition. The return postage is at your
own cost.
6. Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. The prices listed on the website supersede any previously listed prices.
7. Images
Due to the scanning process and your screen resolution colours of product may vary slightly from colours on the site, unfortunately this is beyond our control. We make every effort
to ensure our images and descriptions are accurate.
8. Frequent Buyers Program
Spend a total of $500 between 1st January 2008 and 31st December 2008 and you will receive
a $25 voucher to spend in store to thank you for your regular custom.
Postage costs do not contribute to the $500 spend
The voucher will be given as a code to be entered at the checkout
The voucher must be used in a single order, any value not spent will
be forfeited
Vouchers to be redeemed by 31st January 2009.
Offer ends 31st December 2008.
9. Privacy Policy
We value you as a customer and take your personal privacy seriously. The information collected by Direct Scrapbooking Warehouse will not be sold or distributed to any third
party at any time, unless instructed to do so by law.
Your email address will be used by us to contact you by way of newsletter to keep you up
to date with new products and upcoming specials. You can elect to remove yourself from
our mailing list at any time.
